Me, I just eat ice and put it on my skin, or take a dip in the pool (it’s ice cold currently)

As a kid yes. It was horrible as I regret many decisions and behaviors. Now I’m doing a lot better, and will do MUCH better, thanks to the Orthodox Church. ☦️
