it's not bad per se, but you'll never learn if you always use GPS

I mean if you keep going to the same places and genuinely have no clue then maybe a bit… but nyc is also big so understandable

THIS. everyone is always amazed at my sense of direction, but i'm not lucky, i just rest myself by only using gps to get somewhere once and learning different routes without using gps
