It depends on the professor, the school, and on the extent of the “help”, but since it’s your first offense they’ll probably give you a lecture and a warning, a zero on the assignment, maybe an essay to write or something, possibly a probationary period

In order to have the offense removed from my records, my school offered me to take a 4 month course about academic integrity. Took the course then transferred from that school to a different one. Completed my degree and no one ever knew.
