It definitely depends on the person. I really dislike someone sending me a ton of videos at once because I don’t want to spend that amount of time looking at short form content. Also I feel like for some people in my life it’s replaced real conversations which is just annoying. I don’t want to see ten reels that you found funny I want to hear about how your week has been.

I like a few but a lot is kinda stressful tbh. It makes it go from a fun form of connection to graded homework, almost like a performance. Sometimes I don’t have time for it and it makes me feel guilty but also stresses me the hell out

my girlfriend is kind of like this. i send like 10-15 throughout the day and she either doesn’t answer until the next day, or answers one or two later on, but it never really feels like the energy is reciprocated. idk, i think gauge what they mean to you too. i tried dimming down how many i send but i like seeing things that reminds me of her or us and regardless it hurts when she seems not to care (wlw)

my boyfriend sends me SO MANY and tbh i dont ever check my insta dm’s so i dont see them. we started just watching them together when we see eachother every weekend and its really nice! he likes to rewatch them and i get scroll time after a long drive

See I have the opposite issue I be sending reels as a form of communication with people I like and my girlfriend just doesn’t watch them it pisses me off so much but every time I bring it up she’s says I’m saving them up to watch them all. I get it I don’t always watch reels when they arrive and have had up to 20 backed up in a few chats at once but I always go back to watch them. I don’t think she’s opened our chats in over 2 months or notice that im barely sending anything now

lol no. as a woman, if someone spams me with reels i don’t watch them. it’s annoying. send like 3 or 4 at most and then no more until he responds

I mean i’ll send a few like 4-5 times a week which i guess is a lot. i’m trying to not feel like i need to go from 100 to 0 but I kinda got sad yesterday when he suggested i should send less

Again really depends on the person. I think you have to ask him how many is too many and what kind of reels do you find the most enjoyable to receive from me?

Yh I get you bro at least she responds to a few of yours. I was putting numbers, 10-15 is rookie shit😂, but I’ve gone down to like a few a week just because of how tired I am of this whole thing. That even affected my feed fr I don’t remember the last time I saw a couples post.
