Get rough estimate for calories intake with calorie calculator online. Preplan all meals one day in advance, roughly calculate calories. Record calories, slowly reduce until you loose around 1-2 pounds per week. Anything beyond that could cause your body to go into starvation mode, which has a ton of consequences including increased fat storage paradoxically. Have a set weight goal, and increase your calories by a few hundred once you’ve reached it to stop the deficit.

Get addicted to zyns. Speaking from experience 💀 calories in calories out is easy when you don’t have an appetite, I lost like 20 pounds without even trying
