Just thinking out loud: They're people with disposable income for coffee. There are many variations on coffee, creamer, and sweetener. Dairy allergies get involved. People want their little guilty pleasure pick me up to be right. It can be tricky to get the exact proportions right for these different drinks. Idk. It says a lot about a person when they're terribly rude to wait staff, cashiers, housekeepers, janitors, etc.

It’s expensive. People want what they are paying for. I’m sure you wouldn’t like it if you were specific on your order and someone purposely fucked it up because they were too lazy and still gave you attitude when you asked for them to correct it.
