like what do i say when he brings it up again? i’m seeing him later today and i wanna be able to support him the best way possible when he talks about his mental health but i just struggle so much with it too.

I’m so sorry you both are going through this. All I could say is that I think you guys should try to learn about Holy Orthodoxy, and eventually join the Church. I hope I’m not coming off as cliche, but other than getting a medical professional or therapist, who can sometimes seem to appear to only be doing this just because it’s their job and you are their profit, Holy Orthodoxy is a rewarding life experience. I love the both of you, and I’ll pray for you guys. Get some regular adequate rest 2
