How do I help my anorexic gf? She doesn’t think she fat, she is just stressed and doesn’t have an appetite. She doesn’t like talking about it and doesn’t want to try therapy. You can see her ribs and everything and I’m worried

if she ends up having health complications, take her to the emergency room and ask her to get a psych consult..obviously that’s worst case scenario but if it happens
