
Depends on the substance I assume you mean weed, in general it’s just relaxing. Music, food, sleeping, freaky stuff is all a little better, but it isn’t a magic cure. If you’re super anxious and stressed before smoking, chances are it won’t go away. Try to set yourself up to have a nice couple hours of guaranteed free time, prepare some snacks, water, and nice music or a show you like, and just relax!
