Honestly this is gonna sound really fucking stupid but I hope John Stewart runs. I know people will say we’ve had enough TV personalities, but frankly I think he’s one of those people who doesn’t want the job, but would do an exceptional job at it because of that, and because he respects everything it stands for 🥲 I think he could earnestly be an exceptional president because he knows how to talk to America. ❤️ Frankly we need somebody to help heal this country after all the turmoil.

Dude, so you don’t know what it’s about. Citizens United is a bill that passed in 2010 by Republicans that allows corporations to invest unlimited amounts of money anonymously into politics. Before that they could only invest certain amounts and had to state where the money came from. The name was created by the republicans to play normal people like you to make you think it’s a good thing.

I like him because he comes from a working class family where he had to make his own money to buy his own Christmas presents as his family was too poor and that he runs an affordable healthcare company that is transparent to its customers. He’s also really humble and straight up about his thoughts, no tip-toeing around things. I also agree with his many of his beliefs so I am a little bias.
