I feel like the cause of the binge eating is kinda relevant here. Is it boredom? Anxiety? Easy access to good foods? Resurfacing eating disorder?

Get gum, little cals easy to just have in you’re mouth. Also the little water packs zero sugar out in water and freeze as a freeze pop or pour on ice and eat it

Schedule you eating times w your schedule and limit the amount of snacks you have in your room

I just get a romantic partner. It makes me extremely paranoid about gaining weight bc I fear being abandoned. Also I try to stock my fridge with low cal binge options for when the urge can't be ignored. Halo top, yasso popsicles, light popcorn, beef jerky really helps.

I thought college students were broke??? Lol, just kidding. Take up some hobbies and some physical activities physical to wire your brain to do other things in idle times.
