Things are "funny" when they subvert our expectations. "I'll be there in 11 minutes" is more funny than "I'll be there in 10 minutes" Odd numbers seem more "specific" and our expectation is for even numbers or multiples of 5. In addition to oddness cultural references to songs, dances, memes make numbers funny too. Like the "21" meme or "69"
