Make sure you’re eating enough, drinking water and going outside if only for a little bit, I get like that at times and it’ll be for any number of reasons: depression, sleep deprived, no food/not enough in my system, dehydration, blood sugar level. If you get concerned abt it persisting, talk to your doctor too
