Honestly I open up ingrown with a clean sterile needle when they get bad, then aftercare it with the antibiotic cream. Maybe it’ll go away? Not sure though

I agree with #2. Use alcohol to sterilize the area and any tool you’re using. Then pop the “blister” and try to pull the hair with tweezers.
