Real talk - as a guy it tends to start reflecting poorly except for very conservative women. If you’re a girl, you become more attractive. Either way, there’s probably some amount of “is this because there’s something wrong with them” you’ll have to overcome. I wouldn’t worry either way. The right person won’t care and will like you for how you are.

I will put it this way, a lot of people have had one at 18 or before but they also many aren’t still talking to their first kiss in the present. I had my first kiss at 18 and I haven’t talked to my first kiss in a long time and I regret that it felt rushed and stuff. Have your first kiss when you are ready and when it is with the right person!
