I like to think of it from a more factual standpoint since there have been a lot of studies over the years on the effects of watching porn and it’s been linked to declining mental health and a lack of self control and sexual satisfaction. There have also been a lot of cases where people who watch porn are more likely to be aggressive or develop some form of anxiety/depression. When you look at all the negative impacts you would think you wouldn’t need to keep watching it if you had a partner
