The only positive thing he could do is pass the bill called “away”.

He made it easy to tell me who’s a piece of shit or not, depending on if they support him or not.

He fasttracked the VA’s approval of my Dad’s 100% disabled veteran status and unfucked his with bs child support payments (his children have lived with him for 10+ years now). Pre Trump 2nd term he had been stuck in limbo for almost four years btw

Bonus points if you can name something that doesn’t involve someone else’s life being negatively impacted!

That was pretty damn positive for my family cause I live with him and began the cleanup of several money mismanagement by the VA. He had like 1500 taken a month for the full 18 years even though his children (me n my sister) lived with him for 9ish straight years. And he wasn’t getting the full amount for his disabled status cause the VA sucks

Also i just want to add, jobs paying people less is a problem with the hiring, not the immigrants themselves

You can have problems with people coming in illegally, but don’t you think it’s a bit inhumane to act like these aren’t people struggling? These are people running in fear, research shows they do NOT commit more crimes than native born citizens. I think someone’s very livelihood is more important than a summer job. I would want a process where we do get a stronger boarder but also have a way for people to obtain ways to live here legally in an easier way. People’s families are being separated.

Yes but thats an issue stemming from corporate greed and taking advantage of the illegal immigrants.

upvote 17 downvote

they shoulda thought abt that BEFORE illegally crossing and becoming a criminal by ILLEGALLY crossing

Im not saying we should let everyone in, but we also have to acknowledge that they are people, people with families, many of whom have had their lives disrupted by the United States’ own intervention in foreign countries. Many people who are citizens of the U.S. have been punished by ICE simply for the color of their skin. We need a better system.

Don’t you think the president should try and unite this country instead of openly attacking his critics? Imagine if Joe Biden made his entire brand about making the lives of republicans worse? That would make you hate him more right? So how is it beneficial for our country to have trump “troll the left”. And how does this positively effect you personally aside from relishing in the despair of others?

upvote 23 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> OP 15h

Not to mention, the citizenship test and screening for the U.S. is INCREDIBLY difficult. Studies have shown that many Native born citizen would not be able to pass it

This too! The process for coming to immigrating to this country is so outlandishly difficult, for some even taking decades. If we really want to stop illegal immigration we need to first fix the way of getting here legally. These people understand the risks and have their entire lives at stake and make the decision to come anyway.

Personally, i think people should stop wishing his death because it seems inevitable anyway. Otherwise he may become a martyr and have a lasting negative impact by further fueling the maga movement.

Is that enough to make someone fit for the presidency?

upvote 4 downvote
default user profile icon
Anonymous replying to -> OP 15h

Yes! Many illegal citizens have stated if it wasn’t so expensive (cause you NEED a lawyer) and even just a bit easier, they’d do it. The U.S. has a long history of needing to have money to get anything (disabled individuals also almost always need a lawyer to get benefits)

Less rape? 98% of violent crime in the US is domestic crime. Why is there no plan for that? There is no noticeable dent in crime other than the trend that began before he was elected. Do your research. Better economy? Please explain how without regurgitating one of Trump’s laughable speeches. Do you own a house or keep track of rents or mortgage rates? Or even pay for gas? Or healthcare? Again, do some research. Economy is fkd. This divisive, more expensive, America is better to you?

I don’t see how the exact word choice matters when it doesn’t make a difference. His rhetoric is literally the strongest force dividing this country. It doesn’t matter if its funny or not when people’s lives are at stake. Grow up.
