All of these ppl not bein real w what would work for social anxiety. Eye tag. Get confident being able to look at ppl. Play eye tag until it’s not eye tag anymore, until it’s just you looking at a pretty piece of art and you don’t mind if the art sees you looking at him bc u want the art to see you. (Eye tag until u know how to hold eye contact) it will be natural from there

Ofc the advice to balls up and just ask is definitely better, but ik I used to be too stubborn and this is what actually not only got results, but helped my confidence in the long run even if it didn’t work in the moment it helped down the line

we are currently playing eye tag but i always look away even though he doesn’t

yeah i did that with someone else that i liked and the build up was nerve wracking but it felt good to get it off my chest
