I’m starting to suspect that I might be depressed. I’ve been having a really hard time in college and with my personal life, what should I do?

If you genuinely think you’re depressed, it would be good to speak to a therapist. Don’t look up symptoms or how to classify depression, it’ll just influence your thought processes and it will become a self fulfilling prophecy. Go see a therapist and see what they say, it can be extremely helpful (coming from someone who was extremely reluctant to go to therapy but it is extremely helpful)
