Yes two weeks notice but particularly a letter regretting to inform them of “my departure in 2 weeks” and “on ___ day will be my last day of work”. I always include what I take away from the experience and how I will use it in the future and say I wish the best for them/the company. That is feel is the most respectful from my experience quitting the two entry level retail jobs I have worked.
