no, but you can get accurate tests so cheap. If you're worried after getting your period you might as well get them in bulk.

These sound like ocd/intrusive thoughts. I really recommend an iud to help you feel more protected than oral bc which varies slightly on effectiveness for individual use

like i’m fully on birth control and take it every night i never skip and my bf and i had sex and he pulled out before anything happened and i got my period last week but a part of me is freaked out that i could have one of those weird pregnancy experiences
