
Just go out and do it. At 14, I couldn’t even be in any spaces without being 5 feet away from my parents. Now I am so much better. Make little goals, get used to being uncomfortable (feeling uncomfy is normal and part of growth, better than staying this way forever) and track your mood when you do it. Like I had to go to the psych hospital for this, and now I feel like it doesn’t affect me as much.
