Hip abductions are easy so is cable kickbacks I’d say rdls but that shit ain’t for the weak

Hip adductors, leg press (higher foot positioning, google it for visual), cable kickbacks, and hip thrusts (will make you question your life). I had so much trouble growing glutes and only did stair master with zero results. This worked wonders for me, just make sure to eat eat eat.

Start at a weight that might feel like nothing so you can get positioning and form down. Then gradually increase reps & sets until it feels a bit difficult. It should never hurt, ever. The only pain you should feel is the day after- which i would reccommend doing 20-30 min treadmill walk to get it feeling better and recover faster
