I go to my psych for adhd meds, she’s not my therapist. We talk for roughly 15 minutes each month just to check in on how the meds are working. I previously thought that I didn’t need depression meds but now I’m reconsidering

I promise you they don’t, they take you at your word and move on. Because they’re at work getting through the day just like everybody else
