We have fairies and leprechauns, and trolls, and dragons we’ve made into fun, fictional mythical creatures but they were serious religious deities to former pagan religions. I guess the way most people see those is how I see Christianity. It still has parts I can agree with and a tangible impact on the world but I don’t see the saints, angels, trinity, original sin, etc. as any more real than them.
Holy Orthodoxy is another version of Christianity—albeit a much older one. My why question was intended to know what your motivation for suggesting it was. Based on your answer it seems you think I needed help finding a religion to address indirect questions I didn’t actually have. I’m assuming you did that because you follow it or are fond of it but maybe I’m wrong. 🤷♀️
