i didn’t realize it was just racists saying it. i saw a lot of people saying latino is an ethnicity not race so i thought it was a common belief, that’s my bad

i was just curious because i wanted to understand how latinos experience racism but people were telling me they don’t and it’s xenophobia so i was really confused. i’m just trying to educate myself but i’m autistic so sometimes i don’t understand social constructs well

Yeah I’m right with you. These kind of social constructs can be super confusing, especially because they have a tendency to shift and change over time. You literally don’t have a reason to be sorry
