When you said snare I just assumed you meant St. Anger but blood and cum? Hold on I need to find which one you’re talking about now. Honestly my knowledge of their stuff in between the “black album” and their comeback Death Magnetic is a bit spotty.

Oh wait, Load? Because yes I do agree with you if that’s the case. I don’t think it’s their worst album, but it was disappointing.

That and ReLoad. It’s like they thought they were so famous that they didn’t need to write good songs or record them semi decently. I’m glad they recovered from that era and have made some good stuff since

I still think St. Anger is a worse record, but yeah in terms of disappointment/missed potential for an album, Load and ReLoad are definitely good examplesx
