As a doctor… you risk your boss calling the “fake doctor” and finding out you lied and get fired.

I’ve seen a lot of fraudulent CII script at retails. It’s scary what people are willing to do with DEA numbers😕.

They can. You giving them a note says clearly your boss knows you went to see a doctor. So the doctor can confirm if the wrote the note or not.
