I do brush teeth, floss ( with fluoride toothpaste on the string) and finish it off w mouthwash

It’s recommended u use before brushing. U don’t want to rinse toothpaste off your teeth. Toothpaste is meant to create a protective layer on your teeth.

I forgot to add that this is if you’re using fluoride toothpaste as it washes away the fluoride protection

That’s why I wait for about 20-30 mins after brushing my teeth to rinse my mouth
