Crack and meth pipes are both sold at gas stations as novelty “glass roses”. They put a fake rose inside presumably for plausible deniability about its intended purpose.

glassware is generally not considered like a “drug sale” in most states and its legal for any age. the actual drug is usually different and there’s back alley deals

Obviously if someone is smoking crack or meth they may not be super concerned about safety. But those pipes can be dangerous because they’re made out of low quality thin glass that breaks super easily. It can get way too hot and burn someone or worst case scenario they end up with glass shards inside of them.
