me too my bf just broke up with me after three year bc i couldnt have sex due to sa as a child and teen 😀 it sucks that sex is a priority in a relationship

I used to think the same way. When I’m on my own or single I’m barely if EVERRRRR just horny out of nowhere. And w some exes I’d dread them initiating sex. Turns out I just hated them. Find a partner that makes you wanna rip your clothes off

U don’t need to necessarily make it higher, but there r some things that could be making it lower like certain medications or conditions. Working out often can make it higher for some people.

the definition that helped me untangle it is that a sexual attraction is directed toward specific individuals/desire for a particular person, while sex drive is more of a general interest in or desire for sex. you can experience them separately from each other or together, but just because you experience one does not necessarily mean you have to experience the other
