since condoms are a common form of contraception i assume married people use them in place of birth control/iud/vasectomy. just depends per couple’s preference

Yes that’s a whole court case about it Griswold V Connecticut. . . This expanded the scope of privacy saying govt can’t be worried about what a married couple does in their bedroom.
