You look normal. A better gauge of your health is how your body feels and what you’re physically capable of. I know that I’m not as healthy as I could be because I don’t have the same stamina anymore.

You’re probably fine then :) I think you look nice. If you want to lose weight there’s no problem with that as long as you do it in a healthy way.
