This situation, in which your friend (not you) is in, is very unhealthy and can do tons of damage to your friend‘s (not yours) body. So please tell your friend (not yourself) to go poop

my friend, and definitely not me, did this when they, and absolutely not me, started migraine meds. Miralax didn't help because it's a stool softener. Absurd amounts of caffeine didn't help. My friend, and positively not me, took some laxatives and pooped a little, but it was mainly just waiting on the meds my friend took to wear off.
