So, the job market is plentiful if you broaden your vision- let’s shift the perception from “getting a job to how can I be useful to the world in a sense where I can generate income. Cultivate from personal endeavors, what are your hobbies for an example, what traits do I possess that’ll make me useful in today’s society in which can help shape my morale, generate income that’ll stimulate my financial well being and help form a stable future.

Let’s start from the basics, like an internship or an entry level job within your career. Keep this in the back of your head when you build experience of how can I do better, no stupid question is a dumb question ordeal. Build relationships with people along the way that can help build your success and when you find an experience that makes you skyrocket in your endeavors, well the sky’s the limit

Talk to your peers, your campus should have resources to help you accelerate on those endeavors. Talk to professors, the best teachers may have connections, case managers, counselors, job field specialists.

your resume could also just be super shit or you could've done bad in the interview they'll just say lack of experience to not hurt your feelings

idk they could just want someone that'll be more available it kinda just depends, like a high schooler that has no experience but will probably work there for a few years
