Have sometime for yourself and put yourself first and work out so your body and mind can be at peace while going to therapy babes I promise you that everything will be alright and if your religious you can read the Bible or the scripture of your religion but if your not religious then that’s ok as well. To be happy have to come from within love 💕
Little routines as well, like sitting to drink tea in the morning or at night, maybe working out can get you feeling happy too, volunteering can perhaps help you be happy by helping others, there’s lots of things you can try. I would say essentially try things so you do things that cumulatively make you happy.
