because theyre money hungry fucks that would rather let u suffer and die than give ppl true care they need so they have to put up a bunch of walls and barriers to stop people from getting affordable care

Bc some insurance companies won’t pay them enough to support provider salaries. Esp in today’s age where doctors are in hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, that they’ll never get out of, and are extremely overworked….they can’t take a pay cut. So providers only accept insurance that have a contract with them to pay them what they consider reasonable
