This post made me realize I kinda sleep holding my boobs. I’m holding a plushy as well but my boobs, especially the top one is nestled within my arm.

I haven’t really found a solution in bed but on the beach you can dig a hole for them and then lay your towel on top of it…I feel like a similar effect can be replicated on the bed with enough pillows but I’m too lazy to work it out
