I eat much slower than normal. Like if it takes my friends 15 min to eat a sandwich it’ll take me 30. Always gets awkward and I feel bad when everyone’s just waiting for me at the end. How do i eat faster? I’m pretty big back and love eating food so you’d

Start eating in bad conditions (e.g. on your only 15 minute break during a long shift, around people/places you can’t tolerate, or right before you have to go somewhere) and eventually you’ll start feeling the urgency enough to rush your eating. Ofc none of this is particularly healthy, but it works. The other thing you could work on is becoming more comfortable with the pace you do eat at and know that the people you are with are probably not judging you and that they enjoy your company

Idk how to go faster just came here to say that I’m in the same boat and I think it’s fine. Eating slower is healthy anyway

think I’d be fast. I’m not trying to eat slowly. But if I ate any faster, I’d end up half chewing and it’d be hard not to choke.
