ASICS. I’m not a fan of Nike sneakers for middle/long distances. For sprinting I like their spikes best. I had a pair of Hokas and hated them but since they tailor it to your feet maybe it’ll be good for your lack of arch? Idk they felt good walking to me but not running. New balance are ok nothing special or bad when I had them.

Funny enough I was talking to a runner the other day about this exact thing. He mentioned a lot of brands but the only one I can remember is the brooks dyads

Some years ago I got the new balance 860s v13 I believe or 11 (whichever ones were in 2023), AMAZING cushion and support I could really tell the difference! Two things- I used them for walking not running so take my opinion as you please, and two I have no idea how the newer versions compare as every year they change things but hopefully the support isn’t too altered though!

Honestly if you go to a shoe store (or one that specifically sells running shoes) they can watch the way you walk/run and give you suggestions to help

Run on your bare feet in grass w socks on for a while, angle of your plantar should change with more toe muscle development cause for a high midsole if I’m not wrong.
