
Cigarettes, no. Fun occasionally at parties, but as someone with anxiety they make me really restless and kind of enter a death spiral. Weed, maybe. I have good experiences with it, it helps me relax and unwind and it helps me sleep. Some people don’t respond to it well, so definitely be careful if you are just starting smoking, and try not to overdo it right away. But ultimately it is avoiding the root of the problem, it’s like escapism to me.
