Also if we’re being honest, you might just be built like that. Sometimes even really skinny people still have that curve. Sometimes it’s body fat, sometimes it’s the tilt of the hips, etc etc. I wouldn’t worry too much, and just find clothes that won’t make you feel insecure about your weight

i will say that's one of the hardest places to lose weight, but you do need to be doing some kind of exercises along with dieting if you want to see results

What is your dieting/snacking/workout routine like?

It’s not your fault. Everyone loses weight in different parts of their body first. It could be that your stomach is the last place your body will go to burn fat reserves.

Read up on aerobic vs anaerobic exercise. And focus on lowering sugar intake

i’m kinda keto because i stopped eating most carbs but more high protein than fat and that’s been the biggest thing since i have insulin resistance and lowkey just walking a lot bc the gym scares me

So I’m obviously not an expert or anything but I would say keeping a small amount of whole grain carbs in your diet may help since they are nutritious and will supply you with sustained energy. For workouts, walking is great and it clears the head but maybe try to add in something a little more intense as well and stick to a regiment. For example, 10-15 minutes of plank/ab crunches/oblique twists every day or every other day. Consistency is key. Also try to avoid snacking late at night.

Also totally fair with that gym sentiment but there are plenty of great HIT/body weight workouts you can do at home too :) YouTube is a great resource!
