My body image ruins my self esteem so much because I see how my body does affect who becomes attracted me, how some will go for someone with less weight instead of me, very real things like that, and it hurts and sucks 😔 I’m overweight. I do try to lose

Focus on your outfit and things you can control like accessories n stuff, dress like your worth more than ppl can afford and eventually you feel that way, at least it worked for me with time of course (coming from someone who has struggled with body dysmorphia for years)

Honestly same, I had to do multiple surgeries and basically my body is a little fucked which sent me to a depression where I got overweight and now it’s even more fucked and so i don’t even try to like ask a girl out or anything cause I already know she will be disgusted by my appearance.

Pcos sucks and will make the challenge harder but you can do it. And it’s not just about how other people see you, you will feel better, be healthier and live a longer life. Cut out the snacking, focus on clean high protein foods. And exercise will burn calories, raise your metabolism, and increase insulin sensitivity (which is one of the downsides of pcos). It is difficult but absolutely achievable
