I have a job so I worked all day without eating and ate at night when I got back, lost 11lbs in a little over a week. Ate whatever I wanted too
The only time I lost 10 pounds fast was when I was in a situationship so idk what to do now lol
That sounds like the start of a very bad habit. Ik it’s kinda like intermittent fasting but please make sure you are eating enough calories 🫶🏻
