some smell is normal, but if it gets bad you may be dealing with a yeast infection.

dove non scented is a good choice. If that’s not working try making sure you’ve dried completely down there when getting out of the shower and don’t sit in wet bathing suits for too long! Moisture down there is a cause for a lot of the “smell”. If it doesn’t burn when you pee it’s likely not a yeast infection, it could just be BV (bacterial vaginosis). Good luck and don’t be ashamed of something you can’t control!!💕

If you still stink after bathing. You need to visit a Drs office

drink more water, pee often, and don’t hold it. water and soap are the only thing you need! shower at least 1x daily. you can use dove sensitive soap like others recommended. you don’t need to wash *inside*, but wash everything you can reach beyond that. make sure you are fully dry before putting on underwear and use 100% cotton underwear. breathable natural fabric is your friend

one thing that can cause the smell to be worse is using synthetic fiber underwear, and some people are sensitive to dyes too so white cotton undies can be the best option while you're figuring things out. It could even be an issue with your laundry detergent or if you're using fabric softener.
