this happened to me but im the girl and he was the guy, def not exclusive to gender

Not a gender exclusive thing at all, But its because people jump into new relationships WAYYYYY too fast and dont take the proper time of being single, MINIMUM between relationships is a month and a half, if its a year+ you gotta take minimum 4 before even breathing in the direction of a new one
