Think my three are better. 1. Replace greed with empathy 2. Increase the intelligence of everyone by two standard deviations (30 IQ points but phrased like that to avoid monkeys paw) 3. Put a library containing all the research relating to things people have been silenced or killed for in one library and a copy of that library in every country in the world

No sophistry in names or terms. Policy must be stated plainly what it does and why. Essentially, requiring everyone to act in good faith with how they explain things
