Does anyone else just completely blank mind when they have to get their thoughts out, either speaking aloud, writing down, or even with a therapist,? Like I had therapy today and I couldn’t think of a single thing even though I’d been needing it all week
Make a list on your phone throughout the week of thing you want to bring up to your therapist and then use it during your appt. That’s what I did for years bc my mind would go blank as soon as I sat down too

That’s what I mean tho, I could go to write down something that happened and then immediately forget what just happened, or like just can’t put the words down even though ik what to write, bc my therapist said the same thingggg
