
Can confirm: intake more water, calorie deficit, pick healthier food when available, try to avoid high calorie consumables that aren’t great (sodas, processed foods, fast/easy snacks), intake more fiber through fruits/veg/grains, try to take a walk at least once a day, even if it’s just a few laps in your house or neighborhood, eat until your satisfied, not stuffed. These things helped me lose weight and I’m 5’1 was almost 160!
