Roll out of bed at the first alarm and just lay on the floor. If you’re tired enough to sleep on the floor in boxers you deserve to sleep, if not you’ll get up.

Drink a caffeinated drink before bed. Like RIGHT before bed. Fall asleep before it kicks in. You’ll be good. Also put a pillow under your knees while you’re sleeping.

My best friend used to wake herself up by launching herself up and making karate noises or just throwing herself off/out of her bed
